Day 17 of the 31 Day Challenge called for glitter.
I decided to do a bit of layering. So I did a base of Zoya's Flynn,
then a layer of glitter, and then I used some fun water decals.

I like it both ways but I'm curious to know what you think.
17 is done. Tomorrow I will have "Half Moons"
