It's been a long time since I wrote a blog post.

I've mainly been focusing on IG (@dagadelic) and FB (@dagadelic).

But! I received some items for review from Nicole Diary and
figured it would be best to compile all the photos in one spot.

 After seeing this water marble manicure by In Jeeb We Trust I was inspired to dip
my feet back into the colourful waters of water marbling.
Took me a longgggg time since it's been so hot here in Vancouver but I was quite happy with the results.

Baby Pink Splatter

Happy hump day everyone!
Today I’ve got a splat-tastic manicure to share.

I usually struggle a lot while doing splatter manis (hence, why they’re so rarely on my blog)
but I had basically no trouble this time around. Hopefully I’ll be just as lucky next time.

For this look I used Nubar – Baby Pink as my base. I love this pink – such a classic colour. Lady like and feminine.
The splatter was done with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri – Raspberry Race & Nubar – Sour Apple.
I was really pleased with how this colour combo came out. Just enough pop.



I wanted to show you both hands so here’s a rare sighting of my left hand:

7 Deadly Sins Challenge: Day 12

Hello everyone!
Today I’ve got day 12 of the Seven Deadly Sins Challenge.
Today’s prompt was: “Let the "Green Monster" guide you to some enviable nails.”
For this look I decided to replicate another challengers manicure again.
I used this look by Spektor’s Nails as my inspiration.

I used Nubar – Sour Apple as my base colour. I’ve never used Nubar products before and I was really pleased. Great colour payoff and an awesom formula. I then used OPI – Sprung to do the saran wrap effect.

Finally I topped it all off with my brand new OPI Matte Top Coat.
I’m so happy I decided to keep it matte like Spektor’s Nails. It really added something special to the design.

I love the final effect. It reminded me of apples dipped in caramel.
Or! An apple pie with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top. 

Saran wrap manicures are so much fun.
My brains already spinning from the possible colour combinations I could do.
